Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms:

No Deposit is required..

Payment and Payment reflection is due upon completion of the carpet cleaning service with in 24 Hours of Service.

Proof of Payment is required on completion and forwarded to admin via Email or Whatsapp.

We accept cash, and online payments.

Pricing:

• Our pricing is based on the size of the area to be cleaned, the type of carpet, and any additional  services requested. Detailed pricing information will be provided in the quote.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• If you need to cancel or  reschedule your appointment, please provide at least [24] hours' notice. A cancellation fee may apply for last-minute cancellations.

Scope of Work:

• Our carpet cleaning service includes [stain treatment, deep cleaning, drying.]. We do not guarantee the removal of all stains or damage.

Customer Responsibilities:

• Please ensure that the area to be cleaned is free of clutter, and all furniture and personal items are moved. We are not responsible for damage, loss or theft to items  left in the cleaning area.

Liability and Insurance:

• We carry liability  insurance to cover any accidental damage during the cleaning process. Any claims for damage must be reported within [1] days of the service date.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

· We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within [1] days, and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a re-cleaning if necessary.

Appointment Timeframes:

• We will make every effort to arrive at the scheduled time. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.

Environmental and Health Considerations:

• We use eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products, but please inform us if you have any allergies or sensitivities. Drying times may vary depending on conditions.

Maintenance:

• Regular maintenance is recommended to prolong the cleanliness and lifespan of your carpets.

• We respect your privacy  and will only collect and use your personal information for the purpose of  providing our services. We will not share your information with third parties.

Legal Jurisdiction:

• This agreement is governed by the laws of the Labour Act, and any disputes will be resolved in the Cape Town Magistrate's Court

Signature and Date:

• Both parties will sign and date this agreement before the commencement of the carpet cleaning service.
